Tasting note
The Vina Sastre Roble is a cherry-red, very fruity and elegant wine with a mineral note. It delights with its aromas of dark forest fruits, bread bark, spices and some vanilla. A powerful and opulent red wine that seduces with finesse and shines with an immense aftertaste. A wine that is second to none when it comes to value for money!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled lamb fillet, dark meat
Vinification
The grapes for the Roble come from 17-30-year-old vines, which take root along the Duero River at around 800 m above sea level. When caring for the vineyards, no chemicals are used. The wine is aged in French and American oak for 10 months before being bottled.
