Tasting note
The Pago de Santa Cruz is an absolute cult wine among connoisseurs. It impresses with its intense cherry red, strong aromas of black fruits, red berries, balsamic, cocoa, tobacco and pepper. A very warm and spicy red wine with harmonious fruit, well-integrated woody aromas and a never-ending finish. A wine with excellent aging potential and a great price/pleasure ratio!

Vinification
The grapes for Pago come from a single vineyard called Santa Cruz, which is located at an altitude of 814 meters along the Duero River. The vines are 65-100 years old. When caring for the vineyards, no chemicals are used. The wine is aged in French oak for 20 months before being bottled.
