An authority in the wine world since 1942. Intense, round, with notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. 2019 is considered one of the best vintages of the last 25 years. It is therefore no surprise that this year was awarded 94 out of 100 points each by Decanter and Robert Parker.

Tasting note
Dark ruby red color, the edges are slightly orange. Intensive on the nose, with aromas of vanilla, coconut and blackberry notes. Full and very well structured on the palate, perfect balance between acid and alcohol, with soft, silky tannins. Intense and complex fruit, with tertiary aromas, dried fruits as well as balsamic notes from wood construction, including mineral. Very elegant, balanced and dense and with a long finish, in Which blackberry notes reverberate again.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roast lamb, red meat, grilled dishes, big game, spicy fish casseroles and smoked and aged cheeses.
Vinification
Tempranillo 36 months, Garnacha 30 months in American casks.
