Tasting note
Here, Sangiovese grapes are dried for 4 months and then this dessert wine ferments for several years in small wooden barrels. The Vin Santo ferments at warm outside temperatures and stops fermentation at cold temperatures, resulting in a dessert wine with a lot of character and structure.

Goes perfectly with cantucci and other dry baked goods.
