Tasting note
Golden yellow, scent of dried fruits, hazelnuts and honey, full-bodied on the palate, soft with good body, dried apricot and vanilla aromas persist in the long aftertaste.
Vinification
The grape berries are harvested during several harvests from mid-September to October and dry for 2 months before vinification takes place. This is followed by 3 years of aging in barriques.
