Tasting note
With a light yellow color, it shows notes of yellow apple and white flowers paired with a subtle note of hazelnut and yeast braid. The crisp freshness is ideal for an aperitif, accompanied by puff pastry or brioche.

Vinification
The Vin Mousseux from Lindehof Winery is handmade according to traditional methods from start to finish. The basis is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which is partially aged in barriques. The fine perlage, and a ripening aroma typical of Champagne, is produced by storage on the yeasts for over two years. The bottles are then shaken by hand, disgorged as extra brut and closed with the classic champagne cork.
