Tasting note
Dark purple. An intense bouquet of dark fruits, dark chocolate, black olives, mocha and white pepper. On the palate, with beautiful fruit, appealing spicy notes and an aromatic, pleasant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with burgers, pizza, mushrooms, cheese.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks, then aged in French barriques for 9 months.
