Das Duftspektrum des Ville de Sierre von Blumen und Kräutern zeigt komplexen Aromacharakter und viel Finesse. Die dominanten Nuancen von Grapefruit, Honig und Limette gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Ein Weisswein mit leichtem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine komplexe Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese fondue, crustaceans, freshwater fish, cheese platters, Aperitif, raclette and hors d'oeuvres.
