Tasting note
Lots of dark purple fruits. A round, concentrated and rich field blend, but with a balancing softness of tannins. A subtly stony note contributes to the already very fresh style of this wine, with the beautiful linear acidity holding the wine together. The cooler nights ensure that the tannins are structured and powerful, but are balanced by a nice round style.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler tip: Great with pizza, barbecue, and polenta.
Vinification
Aging in stainless steel, concrete and used oak barrels and barrels for 2-3 years.
