Tasting note
Fresh citrus and floral aromas immediately flow out of the glass. A delicious, crunchy summer wine. Carefree, invigorating and refreshing. The acidity is perfect in the medium range and goes perfectly with the minerality in wine. Crystal-clear and very clean, the wine is ideal for anything from aperitif, seafood, light pasta and vegetarian food. That is Tuscan zest for life, just “Gioia.” Now also certified organic.

Goes well with Mediterranean starters, grilled fish, seafood, light pasta dishes or as an aperitif.
Vinification
Reducing the number of grapes on the vine, carefully harvesting by hand. Fermentation is carried out using advanced technology: computer-controlled stainless steel tanks regulate the temperature to 15 — 16 °C during the 15 to 20-day fermentation.
