Brilliant golden color On the nose, aromas of ripe citrus fruits, quinces, golden delicious apples, toasted toast and hazelnuts. Full-bodied on the palate, with a soft texture, delicate perlage and a lasting, complex finish.

Vinification
The grape varieties are fermented individually in steel tanks, then blended and bottled. In the bottle, the wine ferments for the second time and then lies horizontally on the fine yeast for at least 20 months.
