Tasting note
Intense, deep ruby red, almost black in the middle. The bouquet is truly beguiling, intense, multi-faceted and harmonious. Fruity and delicately spicy notes shake hands and alternate constantly. The prelude is full-bodied, powerful and fruity. Complex, seductive aromas of cherry jam and dried fruits, in particular plums and plums paired with fine spices such as cinnamon, vanilla and a hint of cloves. A concentrated muscle man, structured and full of finesse. The palate is still fresh, round and soft with present but well-integrated tannins. The residual sweetness is very pleasant and never sticky. A great dessert wine, elegant and fine!
