Tasting note
Ripe berries (raspberry, blackberry, strawberry), which are complemented by fine notes of wild berries, undergrowth and spices, form the typical and terroir-specific start of this traditionalist's bouquet. With this plant, you would spontaneously tap Pinot Noir from Valais in a blind tasting. And rightly so, because the tannins are round and juicy on the palate, the texture is polished and the delicate, fruity structure leaves no doubt as to the quality level and provenance.
