Tasting note
A wonderful, elegant Brunello with aromas of cornell cherries and currants. On the palate, juicy tannins and a great structure. There are also aromas of cloves, tobacco and cedarwood. The wine ends with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Actually, just sit back and meditate. The wine can also be combined well with a fine lamb gigot or roast.
Vinification
Sangiovese from the single Vigna Marrucheto layer, which is fermented in steel and wooden barrels. The wine is then aged for 30 months in 60-90 hl French oak barrels.
