Tasting note
Bright, clear yellow Very typical, intense aromas of peaches and apricots, plus notes of ripe apples and a fine herbal spice. Soft and juicy on the palate at the beginning, with great fruitiness. Very balanced, rich wine. Long-lasting with a fine hint of bitter almonds on the aftertaste.
Vinification
The biodynamically produced wine certified by Demeter was fermented cool in steel tanks.
