About the wine
The winery is 75 hectares in size and is located in Combaillaux, 15 km northwest of Montpellier in southern France. La Jasse means shady space for humans and animals. The large, umbrella-shaped plane tree in the vineyard offers protection from the burning sun in midsummer. The plane tree has thus become the domain's trademark.

Tasting note
Very intense and aromatic bouquet. Reminiscent of ripe fruit Comparable to a powerful Pauillac from Bordeaux.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty red meats and venison, as well as hard cheeses.
