About the wine
Although the wine-growing history on Tenerife with its volcanic soils dates back a long time, the small, family-run winery was only founded in 2006. The foundation is like ascending a throne straight out of the box, the winery has made it to the top and is today, only a few vintages later, considered THE winery on the island. On just 9 ha, a treasure of numerous indigenous, ancient vines is cultivated with hands. The principle also applies in the cellar: nature first! The wines exude a fairytale richness, full of color and life, independent and exceptionally unbelievable, everything you put into a 0.75l bottle. Be amazed and enjoy!

Tasting note
Glass ball. Looking into an immense nebulous expanse, yet bright, calm, scenes, yellow fruit, almond, wax, light flesh, smoke, fairytale charm, sweet notes. Thick and floating on the palate like golden fog, yellow fruits, smoke, powerful and radiantly tart, long. A magical wine, like a mythical world that deserves to be discovered, traveled and explored for a long time.
Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts and aging for 10 months on fine lees in 500l French oak barrels. Without fining and unfiltered.
