Tasting note
Cherry red color with burgundy reflections in the glass. Fruity on the nose, with spicy, roasted and balsamic nuances. On the palate, with a strong but pleasant tannin structure. Expressive and fruity, with fine toasted notes and a long aftertaste.
Vinification
Fermentation for 15 days at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and a further 12 months in the bottle.
