Tasting note
Rich ruby red. A complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, black berries and subtle spicy and roasted aromas. Elegant body with fine tannin structure and harmoniously integrated acidity, intense, fruity aftertaste in harmony with fine spice.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand. They are read out again on the probing table. After a long maceration period, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures. It was then aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
