Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow. The bouquet has good intensity, is fresh and inviting. Light fruit notes and subtle mineral aromas set the tone. Nice presence on the palate with richness and texture. The invigorating acidity is a harmonious component and provides the necessary freshness. The finish is pleasantly persistent.
Vinification
Fermentation is initiated by natural yeasts. A small portion of the wine is aged in used barriques for three months before bottling.
