Tasting note
An exceptional wine that challenges the palate, especially in its youth. We recommend carafing it to bring out its wonderful scent of ripe pear and quince. Notes of bergamot, mint, almond paste, honey and linden blossom give it a great aromatic complexity, which is repeated in the taste with a delicate sherry touch. Its firm structure with an accentuated mineral tart that feels full-bodied on the palate, and its aftertaste indicate good shelf life and, above all, its aromatic development potential.
