Tasting note
Dark cherry red. Complex aromas of ripe black and red berries, herbal blossoms and heather. Spontaneously fermented on our own wild yeasts and aged in new French oak for 15 months, the palate has a very dense bouquet and, thanks to the barren location at 1000 meters above sea level, plenty of fruit and freshness.
