Tasting note
Color: Dense ruby with bright purple reflections, colortight. Aromatics: Ripe, fruity blackberry aroma experience, delicate floral nuances of violets, finely herbal Estagon, warm growing notes, licorice and smoke notes. Body: Very long, soft, substantive start, robust body, juicy acidity, youthful, present tannins, delicate development notes in the finale. Quality: Clear and typical of the variety, can ripen in the bottle for 10 years without any problems.

Goes well with brasato with polenta, Florentine steak, grilled red meat, pasta, aged cheese
