Tasting note
The Vermut Te Dic Coses from 7103 Petit Celler is bright golden yellow and seduces with intense aromas of sweet herbs such as star anise, marialuisa, cinchona bark and angelica. On the palate, it creates a harmonious balance between fine sweetness and pleasantly bitter notes, which are typical of classic vermouth. Its aromatic depth and elegance make it a real treat both on ice and in cocktails.

Ideal to enjoy alone or with an aperitif on the terrace.
Vinification
The wine is made from Premsal Blanc grapes from our own vineyards. After the first winter, the herbal formula of red vermouth is added to create the wormwood base, which rests for a few months, is refined and then bottled.
