Vermouth Rosso Domenico Ulrich - Marolo

Vermouth Rosso is the real soul of the aperitif and is produced by the Marolo distillery according to the original recipe with Artemisia, browned sugar and not with caramel couleur. The sugar does not alter the aromatic profile of vermouth; on the contrary, it even enhances the delicate and balsamic aromas of bitter orange, gentian and Piedmontese lemon balm. A must for any occasion, served on ice and garnished with an orange spiral for maximum enjoyment. The Marolo distillery has restored the original recipe from 1854, which was developed by Dr. Domenico Ulrich, a pharmacist and botanist. Only local botanicals and wine from Piedmont are used.
