Tasting note
Straw yellow appearance, the nose is characterized by floral scent, vegetative tones, a cheeky lemon-skinned bitter note. Vital and mineral on the palate, pronounced acidity. The ease of an “estate italiana” — all year round.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif snacks, vegetable platters, fine fish fillet or tender chicken breast.
Vinification
Extensive winter rains had fed the soils with water supplies, from which the vines were able to feed on throughout the dry summer of 2021, until the harvest of the beautifully regularly ripened grapes in the second half of September. After gentle pressing, the must ferments at a maximum of 17 degrees and is stored in stainless steel at a fresh 10 degrees until bottling in February.
