About the wine

Tasting note
Brilliant light straw yellow color. Restrained bouquet, the mineral notes come into their own. As in the nose, minerality is also paramount on the palate (flint, salt). Pleasantly dry but without appearing brittle, this straight-lined white wine refreshes in a pleasantly unagitated way.
