About the wine
Thanks to a mix of beautiful coastlines, rolling hills, steep mountain slopes and refreshing sea breezes, Sardinia has many different microclimates. The Italian island is therefore a special place for winegrowing. For centuries Aromatic and juicy grapes grow here. Passo Sardo makes excellent wines from local varieties, which reflect this long history.

Tasting note
It has soft aromas of green apple, white flowers, citrus fruits and almonds. On the palate balanced, with good structure and refreshing acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood and fish, white meats, cream cheese and salads.

The grapes for this white wine were gently pressed and in Fermented and expanded steel tank.
