About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Argiolas is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny countryside of Sardinia. With the special Vermentino Di Sardegna "Costamolino" from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends.

Tasting note
The color of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and lemon balm are present. Fresh and fruity on the palate with a pleasant and medium-long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, crustaceans, sweet and sour dishes, Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
During harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected. The grapes are then only lightly pressed. The must is also cooled to around 12°C and then fermented at around 17°C for around 20 days. After a short storage on the yeasts, the wine is kept refrigerated until before bottling.
