Tasting note
Bright straw yellow in the glass. On the nose, intense aromas of citrus fruit, bergamot and yellow apple, underlined with floral notes such as wisteria and herbal notes of myrtle and heather roses. Fine spices of cedarwood and vanilla round off the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is juicy, fresh and mineral, with balsamic notes and a long, herbaceous finish.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks, concrete and used tonneaux.
