Tasting note
This Vermentino is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it immediately gives off a floral scent, accompanied by exotic notes such as pineapple and cinnamon. On the palate, ripe pure fruit aromas, the queen of plums and a creamy integrated acidity. Mineral, long-lasting finish.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September. Whenever the perfect balance between acid and sugar has been achieved. Then gentle pressing and cool fermentation in steel tanks.
