About the wine

Tasting note
It is intense straw yellow and emits a touch of sea salt, combined with fruity notes of ripe peach, which result in a soft finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with raw seafood, sushi, light fish dishes or vegetable dishes, fried white meat.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are carefully crushed. This is followed by 24-hour cold maceration before pressing with pneumatic presses. The clarified must then undergoes a long fermentation at 15°C.
