Tasting note
An opulent red blend with lots of red berries and dark chocolate chips. The texture is velvety with a plush finish.

Vinification
The grapes from various vineyards were harvested and sorted by hand. The grapes were then fermented in stainless steel tanks of various sizes. Secondary fermentation, we, depending on the variety, various extended peel treatments contact treatment. After skin contact, malolactic fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks, and the wine was then filled into barrels. We have 15% new French oak barrels of various sizes, in which the wine aged for 12 months, then cut and bottled.
