Tasting note
Notes of strawberries and raspberries, supported by a fine acidity and a delicate rose gold color. With this wine, we wanted to create the perfect summer wine for outdoor lunches, braais and picnics and here it is: Florence Rosé.
Culinary recommendation
For all outdoor meals, braais and picnics
Vinification
Partially pressed as whole grapes and partly destemmed to achieve a delicate rosé color, with only 400 liters per ton selected for this purpose. Each grape variety was fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with different yeasts. The wine then spent an extended period of time on the fine yeast, which was stirred regularly over around six months before being carefully filtered and bottled.
