Tasting note
Estate White is sourced from our cooler, south-east facing vineyards with views of the Atlantic Ocean and selected by hand. Elegant and sophisticated with mineral overtones and a fiery core dominated by notes of lemon, crushed rosemary and fresh apple.
Culinary recommendation
Enjoy this Bordeaux-style white wine with chicken, seafood, or any other favorite seafood dish.
Vinification
The grapes were picked and sorted by hand. Both Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon were fermented as whole grapes. The Sauvignon Blanc was mashed before pressing. After pressing, the juice was filled into a combination of barrels and foudres for fermentation. Barrels of various ages were used and the wines aged in oak wood for 10 months before being carefully blended to produce a wine full of character.
