About the wine
The engraving (bow) on the bottle belongs to a Christian tombstone in the Piersanti Palace in Matelica and is a visual element widely used by Christianity. The stitch has retained its function as a sign of reconciliation and benevolent welcome.

Tasting note
Intense straw yellow, appealing nose with mineral notes of wet stone, slightly herbaceous nuances followed by stone fruits. Fresh, delicate and elegant, the Verdicchio builds up and ends well balanced on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Sea fish, pasta with cream sauce, spicy Asian dishes
Vinification
Read in the first week of October. Fermented at cool temperatures in steel tanks, aging also in steel tanks. Limited to 38,133 bottles.
