About the wine
At the beginning of the 1970s, the two brothers Giuseppe and Pierino Bisci bought a piece of land in the Marche region and have since then made themselves one of the leading producers of Verdicchiodi Matelica. For several years now, the almost 20-hectare winery has been led into the future by Mauro, one of the sons, with a breath of fresh air. New plantings, the conversion to organic viticulture and openness and curiosity in the cellar, e.g. expansion in cement tanks, are showing the way. Typical wines with richness and structure, which are always deeply rooted in their homeland. A lot of Italy for little money.

Tasting note
Summer at the northern sea, cool, summery, tart bites, lush meadows, grasses, sweet, bright fruit, then the wind, sea air, algae, mussels turns. On the palate, intense and powerful peace, yet gentle, the calm freshness of tart, slightly bitter notes, sweet space, becoming more intense, bitter and spicy, grassy and fresh, lingers on for a long time. Great intensity and tart freshness, you won't be disturbed even at the table!

Vinification
Selective harvesting by hand, temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation for 15 months in cement tanks and 3 months in bottle.
