Tasting note
The wine has a vivid, light yellow colour with greenish nuances. Its bouquet is intense and inviting, characterized by citrus fruits, sweet herbs and floral nuances. On the palate, it is elegant, with a balanced, fresh acidity and an intense finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with vegetable and fish dishes.
Vinification
The different grape varieties are harvested individually, depending on their individual ripeness and with great care by hand. After pressing, the various musts are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 13 to 15 °C over a period of 12 to 14 days. Finally, after alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wines mature on fine lees, gaining in depth and complexity.
