About the wine
Verdelho is an old Portuguese grape variety that has also been cultivated in Australia since the 19th century. It grows particularly well in the cooler plots of Bremerton's estate, where snail clover, also known as alfalfa, used to grow. Oenologist Rebecca Wilson uses the special climate to give the wine a vital kick. With its delicate green yellow and tropical fruits on the nose, paired with aromas of mango and citrus fruits on the palate, this white wine ensures immediate drinking pleasure thanks to its wonderful freshness and encourages you to take the next sip.

Tasting note
Delicate straw yellow with greenish reflections. Vivid citrus aromas develop on the nose and on the palate, accompanied by lemongrass and a herbal note. This light-colored wine impresses with its structure, a fine acid balance and an impressive flavor length. He was named in honor of grandmothers Mollie and Merle.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif or with cold meat platters, mild fish and vegetable terrines. It goes well with vegetarian cuisine, steamed freshwater fish, light Far Eastern dishes, and chicken and hot cheese dishes. It is also an excellent accompaniment to fresh and hard cheeses.
