About the wine
Cristina Forner, the grande dame of the Don Sebastian winery, represents the classic and typical Verdejo like no other winemaker in the region. The name of the wine already reveals a lot about its appearance: It glows greenish-yellow in the glass and emits aromas of gooseberries, apples and citrus fruits.

Tasting note
Brilliant pale yellow with greenish reflections. The fruity nose reveals aromas of citrus blossoms, honeydew melon and green apple. The palate is dominated by citrus fruits, peach blossoms and stone fruit aromas. The wine is invigorating and dance-like, with a succulent palate flow up to a floral finale.
Culinary recommendation
An excellent accompaniment to tapas, olives, manchego with olive oil, tuna carpaccio and crustaceans. You can also serve this wine with freshwater fish, vegetable terrines and appetizers.
