Tasting note
This verdejo is made in classic style from grapes from the old, low-yielding La Pardina vineyard. In the glass, it is yellow-green with vivid reflections. The nose is dominated by aromas of peach, apricot and a fine fennel note, fresh and intensely aromatic. Soft, balanced and persistent on the palate with a long, lively acidity.
