Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, intense and harmonious aromas with a pronounced fruity note. Notes of white flowers and herbal nuances. On the palate: tropical fruits and citrus notes on the palate. It's a very refreshing taste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lunchtime appetizers. Cold soups and steamed vegetables. All kinds of green salads and fruit salads. seafood paella and pasta dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration at 6°C for 4 to 6 hours. Young wine without barrel aging. It remains in the bottle for two months before it is on the market.
