Tasting note
The Valdelainos is bright yellow with green reflections. On the nose, it impresses with its strong aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus, peach and exotic fruits. On the palate, it delights with its spiciness and pleasantly refreshing acidity. An extremely elegant, mineral and fresh white wine at an almost unbeatable price-performance ratio.

Vinification
The grapes for this wine come from vines that are on average 40 years old. Due to the extreme heat, the grapes are generally harvested at night before they are brought to the air-conditioned winery for further processing. The wine is aged in steel tanks and does not use any wood.
