With its fruity-tropical bouquet, it looks particularly sparkling and light. The wonderful aroma explosion is harmoniously rounded off by fine herbal nuances, which create an exciting contrast to the balanced sweetness of the fruit.

This versatile verdejo is a true all-rounder - it goes perfectly with fish, seafood or white meat.
Vinification
Base wine from Bodegas Diez Siglos in Rueda. The alcohol is removed using the vacuum distillation process at just 28 degrees, which preserves the natural aromas.
