Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. The wine impresses with an intense, somewhat floral scent of pear, pineapple and citrus fruits. A combination of strong structure with juicy aromas of ripe pears and yellow plums initially shape the taste perception; a bouquet of Sicilian herbs with oregano and thyme gives the wine its uniqueness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salads, vegetable preparations, fish varieties, white meats or mild cheeses.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, natural decantation at 4°C for 36 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C
