Tasting note
Fresh, tasty white wine with a fine scent of lemons and white flowers. Juicy and refreshing with well-balanced acidity. Soft enamel and fruit candy notes. Certified organic from the 2023 vintage!

Goes well with aperitifs, saltwater fish, freshwater fish, appetizers, tapas.
Vinification
Hand picked in small boxes, cool fermentation in steel tanks. Barrel aging for approx. 3 - 4 months.
