About the wine
Fine Chardonnay grapes come from the hillsides of Mendrisiotto, which are harvested by hand and pressed as whole grapes. The wine matures for 12 months on fine lees in 500-liter French oak tonneaux and thus develops its authentic character.

Tasting note
Medium straw yellow color. On the nose, it shows fascinating notes of ripe yellow fruit, interrupted by spicy notes. Rich and sweet aromas prevail. On the palate, it presents an incredible balance between strength and freshness. The robust structure and the enveloping palate are tempered by excellent acidity, which gives the wine minerality and length in the finish, characteristics typical of calcareous soils.

Goes well with poultry, fish and soft cheeses.
