Tasting note
Fresh, yellow-greenish color. A tasty, aromatic and complex white wine. On the palate, notes of honeydew melon, hay and spring meadow. Firm at first, but quickly radiates charm and elegance. Long-lasting, spicy aftertaste.
Vinification
Chardonnay 8 months in new French oak barrels. Garnacha Blanca for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
