About the wine
The Venta d'Aubert in the Bajo Aragón region was discovered by Swiss people in 1986 and brought back to life. Under the responsibility of German oenologist Stefan Dorst, independent white and red wines of international stature are produced there today.

Tasting note
On the nose, scents of currant, mint and some dark chocolate. On the palate, very concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, cassis, peppermint, some marzipan, very dense, demanding and at the same time very fresh.
Culinary recommendation
