About the wine
The name Rivarossa comes from a cadastral plot of azienda. The characteristics of the clayey loamy rootstock of Rivarossa favor the cultivation of the two red grape varieties.

Tasting note
Inviting aroma with pleasant notes of amarena cherries, red fruits, tobacco, licorice and black pepper. Gentle on the palate, with ripe and elegant tannins.
Vinification
Separate vinification of grapes. Fermentation in wooden barrels lasts 10-15 days at 25°C. Ageing: 14 months in barriques and 500 liter oak barrels.
